Mr. KAM Ping Kay
Chairman of the Board, Founder / Managing Director

Mr. KAM Ping-kay (born in 1953) is the Chairman of the Board of the Directors of KAM Healthcare Group since 1987. He is one of the founders of the Group, together with his wife TAM Kam Yee, Alice. He is the Managing Director of four subsidiary company of KAM Healthcare Group, namely Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong Ltd; KAM (Macau) Hearing and Speech Centre Ltd; KAM Hearing Technology (Guangzhou) Ltd and KAM Hearing Health Hong Kong Ltd.
In 1987, KAM Ping Kay joined Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong Limited as Director and General Manager. Mr. Kam has established a retail organization of six Phonak Hearing Centers providing professional hearing services and top quality Phonak brand hearing aids for hearing impaired population in Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories and Macau. In order to expand his vision and business for China, he then gradually built up KAM Hearing Technology (Guangzhou) Ltd, a national sales distribution organization of audiological equipment in China since 1992. Under his leadership, the company grew continuously and succeeded in establishing another multi-brand retail chain - KAM Hearing Health Centre in Hong Kong and Guangzhou since 2007.
Mr. KAM Ping Kay attained his Master Degree of Science in Audiology at the University of Southampton, U.K. in 1982. He is the former chairman (1997-2000) and founder of the Hong Kong Society of Audiology. He has been an Audiologist and Director of Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong Ltd since its opening in 1987 with more than 36 years experience in the field of audiology. He serves as a Honorary/Adjunct Professor of The Chinese University of Hong Kong; and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. .
Ms. TAM Kam Yee, Alice
Director of Aural Rehabilitation Services
Ms. TAM Kam Yee is the Director of Aural Rehabilitation services of Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong Ltd, a subsidiary company of KAM Healthcare Group. She is one of the founders of the Group.
During 1979 to 1988, Ms. Tam worked for Hong Kong School for the Deaf as a teacher for speech therapy service. She attained her certificate course in Aural Rehabilitation at the Lincoln University, Australia in 1985.
In 1989, Ms. Tam joined Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong Ltd as Speech Director. She has established the auditory and speech training program services for hearing impaired children for more than 20 years.
She has been Speech Consultant and Director of Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong Ltd since 1989 with more than 30 years’ experience in teaching hearing impaired children and adults.
Mr. Edwin Wong
Director of Finance Administration & HRM
Mr. Edwin Wong joined Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong Ltd., a subsidiary company of KAM Healthcare Group Ltd., since 1989. He left the Company in 1991, and since then he worked in Hong Kong Daily News Ltd. and Concord Oil (HK) Ltd., both of them are the subsidiary companies of listed companies in Hong Kong, as an Accounting Manager.
In 1996, he rejoined Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong Ltd. as an Accounting and Administrative Manager. He completed the Certificate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Hong Kong Society of Accountants in 1997 and became the Director of Finance and Administration.
Mr.KAM Cheuk Man,Charlie
Director of Product & Professional Services Support
Mr. Kam attained his Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics from University of Bath. He has joined the Phonak team as a Product Support Manager & Audiology Technician since 2010.
Ms.KAM Cheuk Yan,Charmaine
Director of Marketing & Sales
Ms. Kam graduated from King’s College London in 2013 and joined Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong Ltd. since 2015. She then attained her Master’s degree in Marketing and Management at The University of Hong Kong (HKU) in 2017. She is the leader of marketing and sales team.
